If you have your own design, please email it through to us on SVG format with a ‘TRANSPARENT’ background.  We are unable to copy off of any design in the incorrect format.  loveandlabelshome@gmail.com

If you would like us to design your signage for you, please send through any inspiration photos you may have, we will do our best to create something similar, however may be unable to match vinyl colours, fonts and designs exactly.

If you require a specific font that Love and Labels do not have available, you will need to purchase this font, along with the correct License for Commercial Use and email it through to us.

REVISIONS

We allow a maximum of unto TWO revisions per design.  Any changes thereafter will incur a $25 fee, so please make sure you include any important information regarding your design in the Notes section.  Unfortunately, we can not make any changes to your design once the vinyl has been cut.

APPLICATION

- Applying our decals to your existing signage.

In the event that there is a problem with your decals, please email us immediately before you have applied the decal to your signage along with a photo of the issue.  We are unable to replace any decals that are ‘damaged’ once you have applied them to your own signage.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Our Labels are shipped with Australia Post and shipping and handling costs start from $5.95 and your final postage fee is calculated upon checkout.

All Orders are tracked and you will receive a shipping notification along with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

***Please note that we have no control over how long Australia Post takes to deliver your items once your order has left our premises.  However, we do recommend that you select Express shipping so that you can receive your labels as soon as possible!

LOCAL PICK UP: Love and Labels are based in Mandurah, Western Australia. If you would like to collect your order use the Discount Code: FREESHIP and one of our team members will get in touch when your order is ready for collection.  We are a small home based business so collection is by appointment only.
