Yes, Love and Labels specialise in custom labels! We can create you custom labels for your jars, containers, pantry labels, laundry labels, personalised name labels and spice labels. You name it, we can label it!
When ordering your labels, please list which labels you need in our Notes to the seller box. This will get seen by us once your order has been placed and then we will individually make your labels by hand.
Yes! Applying your labels is all part of the fun of receiving our handmade labels and you can place them on your products however you wish. We send your labels and other items together but we are unable to apply your labels for you unless stated otherwise as it is a time consuming task. A small fee of $2 application per label can be arranged if you don't wish to apply the labels yourself, please message us to arrange this.
Please note that we allow a maximum of three words per label e.g.'' Self Raising Flour''.Not Flour Sugar Biscuits! If you have added extra words to your list of labels but not adjusted the quatntity, we will notify you and send an invoice accordingly before cutting your order. Please note that this may result in some delays.
Our label sizes are listed in each of our product descriptions. In some products such as our Personalised Name Labels We have various sizes available. However, our pantry labels and spice labels come in just one size. But if you do require your labels to be slightly larger or smaller then please get in touch and send us the measurements of your item you wish the label to be placed upon.
Yes, our vinyl labels are waterproof and that is why they are perfect for pantry organisation. Each label is made by hand and we use premium quality vinyl that is long lasting. Although our labels are waterproof,they arenotdishwasher friendlyso we do advise our Customers to wash their products by hand once the labels have been applied to containers and jars.
Due to the process in which your labels are made, they may be cut into separate labels, e.g Fitted - King - Sheets. However, this won't affect the final look once your labels applied to your containers.
Simply line up your labels where you wish them to be placed on your containers, they will still look the same as if you received them as one label. Some people also prefer to place the labels above each other and not in one line, especially if your containers are small and you don't want your labels to wrap around.
If your order has been placed already, you are unable to make changes to your order. But if you have forgotten to add a label please send us a message ASAP and we can send you an invoice for the additional labels you require.
Fonts are a personal choice, there is no one font better than the other when it comes to pantry organisation. Although we do suggest picking a font that is easy to read. Some of our most popular Pantry fonts are fonts 2, 3, 13, 14 and 19. We also love the font 18 for our refillable bathroom bottles and bottle labels. Here at Love and Labels, we have many different fonts available, they are available to choose on each product listing. We also have a built inFont Picker tool available so that you can choose the Best font for your Pantry Labels.
Yes, you can add whatever labels you like to your pantry labels as our pantry labels are the same size as our home organisation labels, craft labels and medicine cabinet labels.
Our labels are handmade here from our small home based business in Mandurah, Western Australia. We also use local suppliers to source the best quality vinyl so that your labels are long lasting and of the best quality.
Yes! Love and Labels now offers free local pick up on all orders. Please select this option upon checkout. There is no need to do anything else, we will email or text you once your order is ready for collection. We are based in Mandurah, Western Australia 6210.
We love to try and provide the best service possible to you and don't like to keep our customers waiting long for their orders! We try to get all orders out within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your items have been dispatched.

We recommend avoiding using harsh chemicals in our reusable bottles, such as bleach as this can corrode the pumps. Standard Shampoos, Conditioners, Body Wash, Hand Sanitiser, Dish Wash are fine to use in our refillable bottles, however thicker liquids such as hair treatments, sun lotions and thicker body moisturisers can clog the pumps making it hard to dispense any liquid. If found to be using items not suitable, our 30 day warrantee will be void.
Pre-Order items are items which have been ordered from our suppliers and are currently either being designed, manufactured or are in transit to us.

Love and labels make your labels to order so please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Express Postage is also available if you wish to recieve your order quicker. Please allow for 2-10 working days for your order to arrive after your order has been dispatched.

When ordering, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. However, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty or arrives damaged, please send us an email with a picture of the damaged item.
We have a 28-day return policy on faulty products, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a replacement item. Please note, this DOES NOT INCLUDE RETURNS ON CUSTOM LABEL ORDERS OR CHANGE OF MIND.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the Order Number.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are eligible for a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In our homeware collection orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will Process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the goods back, providing they are in the original condition, have not been used and are still in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for postage costs to return to us. A refund request must be done within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Yes, We do accept afterpay, however there is a minimum spend of $20 to pay with afterpay. Afterpay is an online service that allows us to buy something now and pay it off in weekly installments.You will receive the product right away, whether you are shopping online or ordering directly from us.
Yes we do accept Zip Pay on all orders over $20.
