  • Q)¬†DO I HAVE TO APPLY MY LABELS MYSELF?
Yes! Thats all part of the fun of receiving our handmade labels and you can place them on your products however you wish.   We send your labels and other items together but we are unable to apply your labels for you unless stated otherwise as it is a time consuming task.  A small fee of $2 application per label can be arranged if you dont wish to apply the labels yourself, please message us to arrange this. 
  • Q) WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM WORDING¬†PER LABEL?¬†

Please note that we allow a maximum of three words per label e.g.'' Self Raising Flour''. Not Flour Sugar Biscuits!    If you have added extra words to your list, we will notify you and send an invoice accordingly before cutting your order.  Please note that this may result in some delays. 

  • Q) WHY ARE SOME OF MY LABELS CUT INTO INDIVIDUAL WORDS?

Due to the process in which your labels are made, they may be cut into separate words, e.g Fitted - King - Sheets. However, this won't affect the final look once applied. Just line up your labels where you wish them to be placed on your containers, they will still look the same as if you received them as one label. Some people also prefer to place the labels above each other and not in one line, especially if your containers are small and you don't want your labels to wrap around.  

  • Q) DO YOU OFFER FREE LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes! Love and Labels now offers free local pick up on all orders.  Please select this option upon checkout.  There is no need to do anything else, we will email or text you once your order is ready for collection.  We are based in Mandurah, Western Australia 6210.

  • Q) WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?
We love to try and provide the best service possible to you and don't like to keep our customers waiting long for their orders!  We try to get all orders out within 1-3 business days.  You will receive a shipping notification once your items have been dispatched.
  • Q) CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-Order items are items which have been ordered from our suppliers and are currently either being designed, manufactured or are in transit to us. 
Please read the product description thoroughly before placing your order.  Wait times are approximate, but dont worry, we will inform you if there have been any delays. 
  • Q) ¬†HOW DO I APPLY MY LABELS?
  1. Thoroughly clean the area in which you wish to apply your decal to by using either rubbing alcohol or soap and water.  Avoid using glass cleaners as they will leave behind a residue and prevent your label from sticking to the surface. 
  2. Firmly rub a credit card or tag across the top of the transfer tape.  This is to help the vinyl stick to the backing / transfer tape and will allow for the decal to be more easily lifted off of the backing. 
  3. Position your label where you’d like to place it on the jar, making sure that your label is on straight and in line with your other labels. Slowly peel the backing paper off of the vinyl so that you are just left with the transfer tape and label. 
  4. Once your decal is in place on your container, repeat step two by rubbing a credit card across the transfer tape.  For best results allow 24 hours before removing the transfer tape to ensure that your decal is firmly in place. 
  5. Be patient! You will need to slowly peel the clear transfer tape off. Try doing this from a diagonal angle so that the decal doesn’t lift off your surface. 
  • Q) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Love and labels make your labels to order so please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.  Express Postage is also available if you wish to recieve your order quicker. Please allow for 2-10 working days for your order to arrive after your order has been dispatched.

 

  • Q) DO YOU POST WORLDWIDE?
YES!! We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for smaller items such as labels ONLY.  Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched via Australia Post, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number so that you can see when your order is on its way to you.   Once your items have been dispatched, we do not take responsibility for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your order.  Please allow for 2-10 working days for your order to arrive.

  • Q) ¬†RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch asap!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, this DOES NOT INCLUDE RETURNS ON CUSTOM LABEL ORDERS or change of mind.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the Order Number.

To start a return, you can contact us at highlyorganisedhome@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
