Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All shipping is at a standard $5.95 or $7.95 Express Postage within Australia for smaller items such as labels.  Parcels are a flat rate of $9.85 for standard parcels and $14.30+ for larger items. (prices subject to change)

FREE LOCAL PICK UP (Mandurah)

Love and Labels now offer free local pick up on all orders.  Please enter the code: FREESHIP upon checkout if you wish to collect your order.  There is no need to do anything else, we will email or text you once your order is ready for collection.  We are based in Mandurah, Western Australia 6210.  Please note that if you use this discount code and do not have intentions to collect your order, an invoice for postage plus a 20% invoicing fee will be emailed to you before your order can be shipped.

TURNAROUND

We dispatch most of our orders within 1-3 Business days, but please keep a look out for the current turnaround times at the header of our website.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via email or text message.  After your order has left our premises, delivery times are out of our control.  Should the address you enter upon checkout be incorrect or you are unable to collect your parcel from your local depot, packages are then returned to the sender and reshipped out to buyers at their own expense.  We accept no responsibility for incorrect address or uncollected parcels.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched via Australia Post, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number so that you can see when your order is on its way to you.   Once your items have been dispatched, we do not take responsibility or guarantee for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your order.  Please allow for 2-10 working days for your order to arrive.
