Refund & Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We have a 30-day return policy on faulty items, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • For incorrect items or items not as ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Please note, this does not include returns on custom label orders or change of mind.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging — with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
  • Faulty items may still be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please ensure you check your labels before applying them, as we cannot replace labels once they have been applied.

Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within our current turnaround times (listed in the header of our website).
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only — we are not liable for courier or postal delays.
  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation with the carrier.
  • If you need your order urgently, please select “Rush My Order” or get in touch with us for an express shipping quote.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct product. For exchanges of non-custom items, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to clear the funds.

Refunded orders from the Love and Labels Homeware collection are subject to a 20% restocking fee, minus any shipping costs.
